We are a proud Deaf-owned and signing-centric company. Since early 2017 when Convo Canada was incorporated, we've been committed to communication solutions that positively impact the Deaf/signing communities as well as the general public. Everything that we do is done through the lens of “because we understand.”

Convo Canada has grown steadily as a service provider for the Canadian Administrator of Video Relay Service (CAV). Our first call centre opened in Burnaby, BC  in 2018 and then, in 2019, we opened our second centre in Kelowna, BC. Currently we are focused on expanding our remote workforce to include interpreters from all across Canada.

Convo Canada prides itself on the calibre of the interpreting team. Our interpreters have a depth and breadth of experience to effectively serve all communities. 

Convo Canada provides VRS interpreting services to Canadians only.
